A few Whm macros I use for those Interested.

Due to the way latency or w/e eats commands in a macro, when i'm in a duty that requires the heal to goto the right person I remove the "/ac "Skill" <me>" line from the macro. Reason being I Found that for whatever reason i would cast on myself if I hit the button too fast and would end up getting the tank killed. A Highly undesirable situation when every heal is critical (Large pack pulls). The downside is that when you are not in party you have no target for your heals and well… can't heal yourself. I Keep a second set of macros just for solo play that adds back in the <me> for the target argument.

Cures/Regen/Esuna/Stoneskin
If you wish to have it work out of party then simply add another line /ac "<Skill Name>" <me>

/macroicon "Cure"
/ac "Cure" <mo>
/ac "Cure" <t>
/ac "Cure" <tt>

/macroicon "Cure II"
/ac "Cure II" <mo>
/ac "Cure II" <t>
/ac "Cure II" <tt>

/macroicon "Cure III"
/ac "Cure III" <mo>
/ac "Cure III" <t>
/ac "Cure III" <tt>

/macroicon "Regen"
/ac "Regen" <mo>
/ac "Regen" <t>
/ac "Regen" <tt>

/macroicon "Stoneskin"
/ac "Stoneskin" <mo>
/ac "Stoneskin" <t>
/ac "Stoneskin" <tt>

/macroicon "Esuna"
/ac "Esuna" <mo>
/ac "Esuna" <t>
/ac "Esuna" <tt>

/macroicon "Eye for an eye"
/ac "Eye for an eye" <mo>
/ac "Eye for an eye" <t>
/ac "Eye for an eye" <tt>

Benediction/Raise - Use Notifier
Since these are pretty critical as to whom the target must be, no mouseover or target of target

/macroicon "Benediction"
/ac "Benediction" <t>
/p Benediction used on <t>

/macroicon "Raise"
/p Raise Incoming, <t>.
/ac "Raise" <t>

Simple Buff Macro for 8 Man Parties.
Obviously you must wait for everyone to be done watching cutscenes and your latency will possibly affect it. Just change the <wait.4> as needed. It's been pretty reliable for me as is. Spell Speed 437

/echo Buff'a'Tron 5000 Started
/psort
/ac "Stoneskin" <1> <wait.4>
/ac "Stoneskin" <2> <wait.4>
/ac "Stoneskin" <3> <wait.4>
/ac "Stoneskin" <4> <wait.4>
/ac "Stoneskin" <5> <wait.4>
/ac "Stoneskin" <6> <wait.4>
/ac "Stoneskin" <7> <wait.4>
/ac "Stoneskin" <8> <wait.4>
/ac "Protect" <me> <wait.4>
/echo Jobs Done.
